A-B Students Win at Music Competition
 
Congratulations to senior music majors Tia Price and Lindsay Bracey for their performances in the Young Artist Category at the Eastern Division MTNA competitions January 7, held at West Chester, PA.  Tia won the Young Artist Vocal category and will represent A-B, the state of West Virginia, and the 11 states of the Eastern Division at the National Competition in New York City in late March.   Lindsay was named alternate in the Young Artist Brass category.  The students were accompanied at the piano by A-B music professors Mrs. Lillian F. Long and Dr. Hooi Yin Boey.  Tia studies in the vocal studio of Mrs. Long.  Lindsay is a student in the brass studio of Dr. Timothy DeWitt.
